I just wanted to pass along one thought on the &quot;Give Me Words To Speak.&quot; Sometimes our depression isn&#39;t brought on by events, etc. but by a true vitamin D deficiency (also called seasonal depression). Next time you&#39;re feeling blue, try some vitamin D to help you get going.
